St. Paul's
Vernal
St. Paul’s has been an Episcopal presence in the Uintah Basin since the late 1800s when its congregation met in the local opera house. The cornerstone for our beautiful historical church was laid in 1901. The parish house was built by the Girls’ Friendly Society as a boarding school for girls in the outlying area.
Today St. Paul’s prominently continues this tradition as a small but vibrant multigenerational faith community. We are proud of our youth group and outreach ministries. Our congregation is actively involved in Vernal community affairs. And members have long served on diocesan committees.
